Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Company Information
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Z-Forge, a domain-adapted AI inference platform operated by ZEUSER PTE. LTD. (the "Company"), registered in Singapore under registration number 202222366K, with its registered address at 30 PETAIN ROAD, SINGAPORE 208099. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Z-Forge provides a unified AI inference API that automatically routes requests to domain-adapted large language models optimized for game development. The Service includes:
- API access via OpenAI-compatible endpoint and SDK
- Automatic intent-based model routing
- Engine-specific context injection (Unity, Unreal, Godot)
- Shader-aware token optimization
- Real-time rate-limit enforcement (no usage data stored)
- API key management and regeneration
The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis with four tiers: Starter, Professional, Premium, and Ultimate.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Your subscription plan determines your token quota, concurrency, RPM, and support level. Billing occurs monthly in advance via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Unused tokens do not roll over to the next billing period.
4. Refund Policy
When you cancel your subscription, you receive an automatic prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. The refund is calculated using the same per-second proration method as our payment processor (Stripe):
Refund = Amount Paid × (Unused Time ÷ Billing Period)Example: if you paid $999.99 for a 30-day billing period and cancel with 10 days remaining, you receive $333.33.
The refund is issued automatically to your original payment method upon cancellation and is processed within 7–15 business days. API usage does not affect the refund calculation. Your API key is deactivated immediately upon cancellation. For questions about a refund, email refund@zeuser.ai with your account email and subscription ID.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your API key is deactivated immediately, your subscription is terminated, and a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period is issued automatically to your original payment method. No further charges occur after cancellation.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute API access to third parties without authorization
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, malicious, or infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, extract model weights, or identify the underlying models
- Exceed your plan's token quota through automated abuse or rate-limit evasion
- Share your API key with unauthorized users
- Use the Service to train competing AI models without written consent
Violations may result in immediate API key deactivation and subscription termination without refund.
7. API Usage and Rate Limits
Each plan includes a monthly token quota. Requests that exceed your quota may be rejected or rate-limited. Rate limits are applied per API key to ensure fair usage across all subscribers. If you consistently exceed your plan limits, we will notify you and recommend a plan upgrade.
8. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all prompts, code, and content you submit to the Service. We do not claim any rights to your input or the model outputs you generate.
Our Service: Z-Forge, including the routing pipeline, optimization layer, SDK, dashboard, and brand, is the intellectual property of the Company. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without written consent.
Model Outputs: Outputs generated by the Service are yours to use in your game development projects. The Company makes no claim of ownership over generated outputs.
9. Service Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the API. We are not liable for outages caused by: (a) upstream model provider failures; (b) network issues outside our infrastructure; (c) scheduled maintenance, announced at least 48 hours in advance; (d) force majeure events.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or game launch delays. The Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Data Privacy
We operate on a Zero Data Retained (ZDR) principle — your prompts and model responses are never stored, logged, or used for training. We collect only the minimum account and billing data necessary to operate the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
